Our goal is to be the number one reliable equipment manufacturer and supplier to all of our customers. That is why the UNO logo contains the numeral “1” embedded within it. Coincidently, UNO means one in Spanish, and the expression numero uno is often used colloquially to mean the best or most important thing.
The “1” is very subtle in the UNO logo: can you spot it?
The unobtrusive nature of the character “1” hints at a subtle association with a watermark security feature in a banknote and to UNO’s currency finishing systems.
The style of the typeface portrays an image of efficiency, speed and durability; qualities inherent in all UNO systems.
